A&O Shearman’s top staff took home £43m in the year after they helped seal one of the legal sector’s biggest-ever mergers, newly published accounts reveal.

“Key management personnel” including the firm’s senior and managing partner and global practice group heads shared £43.6m in the year to 30 April 2025, up from £16.5m the previous year.
