Allianz buys three West End buildings from British Land in £401m deal
The three office buildings offer more than 300,000 sq ft in prestigious Marylebone
Allianz Real Estate said it has exchanged on the sale of a 75% interest in three West End Buildings with British Land in a £401m deal.
The three buildings are 10 Portman Square, Marble Arch House and York House, all of which are in Marylebone.
