A City lawyer at Ashurst is facing a disciplinary tribunal over allegations he made a false stolen bicycle insurance claim.

Kieran Ferguson, an associate at firm’s global loans team, will be prosecuted by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the regulator said on Friday.
