A former senior banker at JPMorgan who moved to Italian lender Banca del Funcino two years ago is leaving to launch a new private credit strategy at Nextalia.

Enrico Monti, who latterly led Banca del Fucino’s corporate banking business, is set to move to the Italian private equity firm as a partner to lead a new private credit function, according to people familiar with the matter.
