Investment banks are poised to step up hiring and raise bonuses within their markets’ businesses as they reap the benefits of a sustained uplift in trading revenue.

Banks are likely to allocate higher budgets to expand their roster of senior traders and award bigger payouts in 2026, London-based headhunters and executives told Financial News.
