BNP Paribas has rolled out an AI portal for its dealmakers that allows them to mine previous pitch data, as banks look for ways to save time and boost efficiency for staff using the technology.

The French bank offers its dealmakers access to IB Portal, an internal system that scours its relevant pitch materials from previous deals that could be utilised for a new transaction, George Holst, head of the corporate clients group at BNP Paribas, told Financial News.
