Carlyle-backed wealth technology platform Intelliflo could eye deals for rivals or other businesses after landing a private equity buyout over the summer.

Financial News revealed in August that Carlyle had paid $200m to buy Intelliflo, which provides back and middle office services to more than half of the UK’s financial advisers. Invesco had owned the business for the past seven years.
