There has been plenty of talk about the demise of London as a global finance hub, prompted by wealthy entrepreneurs and private equity executives fleeing over UK tax reforms and listing activity on the London stock market grounding to a halt.  

Despite all the doom and gloom, seasoned Citigroup private banker James Holder sees reasons to be optimistic about the future.
