Belinda Richards and Angus Knowles-Cutler, leaders of the new corporate finance merger integration team at Deloitte & Touche in London, are planning to set up an institute of merger integration practitioners.

The purpose of the organisation will be to provide merger integration advisers and their clients with a central body to pool ideas, set standards, receive training and get help on how to cope with the merger integration process.
