Electronic market-maker Optiver has hired senior salespeople from Barclays and Morgan Stanley to bolster the Dutch firm’s stock-trading business.

London-based Oliver Chapman has left Barclays after nearly 17 years to join Optiver, according to people familiar with the matter.
