The chief executive of Euronext said global IPOs have been “frozen” by volatility tied to US president Donald Trump’s tariff policies.

Stéphane Boujnah told Financial News that while “the IPO pipeline is thick”, deals are being hamstrung by “an unprecedented level of volatility”.
