FCA overhauls complaints reporting in bid to streamline process

The City watchdog is rolling separate forms into one to make it easier for firms to disclose the complaints against them

The Financial Conduct Authority is overhauling the way that City firms report complaints against them in a bid to streamline the process.

Five separate reports will be rolled into a single disclosure as part of the changes, with all firms moving onto the same six-month reporting period and offered clearer guidance on reporting requirements.
