The Financial Conduct Authority won’t ask staff to come back to the office more than three days a week, as it prepares to release the results of a review into its hybrid working policies.

According to minutes of the watchdog’s 30 October board meeting, published on 11 December, chief executive Nikhil Rathi briefed the FCA’s top team on a review of the regulator’s work-from-home arrangements.
