Former GAM chief executive Peter Sanderson has been appointed to lead Deutsche Börse subsidiary SimCorp.

Sanderson, who exited GAM in 2024 after activist shareholder group installed its own leadership, takes over from Georg Hetrodt who retires at the end of 2025 after 27 years with the firm.
