Goldman Sachs wins shareholder vote over $80m executive bonuses

Goldman Sachs has won shareholder backing for a total of $160m in special bonuses for its chief executive and president despite criticism from proxy advisers.

The Wall Street bank said 66% of voting shareholders supported its executive pay proposal in a non-binding ballot at its annual general meeting on 23 April.
