Law firm Hogan Lovells has paid tribute to one of its corporate partners who has died at 40.

Richard Diffenthal was a corporate partner in the firm’s London office with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and fundraising for clients in the technology, financial services and financial technology sectors, his LinkedIn profile said.
