Houlihan Lokey has hired a senior dealmaker from Mayfair Equity Partners as part of its private equity expansion push across Europe.
The US-headquartered investment bank told Financial News’s sister title Private Equity News that Neil Price has joined the firm in London as a managing director in its financial sponsors group.
