HSBC has hired Gabriela Andino-Benson from Standard Chartered as a global ultra high net worth business manager as the bank continues its push into the wealth management market.

Andino-Benson will sit in HSBC Global Private Banking’s Mayfair offices, alongside Caroline Kitidis, global head of ultra high net worth, and help with the lender’s ambition to woo more wealthy clients, according to a person familiar with the situation.
