Ken Griffin’s Citadel Securities has lost two regional executives to rival market-maker Hudson River Trading, including one of its top team in Europe.

HRT has hired Anna Neumann-Regan, Citadel Securities’ chief operating officer for systematic equities and futures in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to people familiar with the matter.
