French-owned fund manager unveils €100m reinvestment programme — but it will come at a cost

AXA Investment Managers has embarked upon a restructuring that could “potentially impact” up to 210 jobs, targeting €100m of cost savings in order to revamp its business for the digital age.

In a statement on June 18 the €745bn French-owned asset manager announced a series of top-level arrivals and departures, a new business structure and a programme to invest in digital sales, data science and other areas.
