The former global head of investment banking at Jefferies is launching his own boutique, months after leaving the US firm.

Alejandro Przygoda, a former Credit Suisse banker who joined Jefferies as the Swiss bank was losing scores of dealmakers in 2021, has launched Przygoda & Co, according to a statement.
