Houlihan Lokey has hired a JPMorgan dealmaker for its consumer-focused investment banking team in London as firms ramp up middle market coverage.

The mid-market specialist has brought in Marco Voci as a managing director within its global consumer group, with a focus on the luxury goods sector.
