JPMorgan has named new heads of equity capital markets in Europe as it continues to shake-up the unit after some departures.

Ashish Jhajharia has been promoted to head of ECM for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a memo seen by Financial News. He previously led the bank’s syndicate team in the region, having joined from Deutsche Bank in 2013.
