Magic Circle law firm Linklaters and one of its former lawyers are facing an employment tribunal hearing next month after a former contractor filed a sexual harassment claim.

The claimant, Ms F Imran, said she was sexually harassed while working at Linklaters' offices between 2018 to February 2019.
