Liontrust has reported £1.6bn of net outflows for the latest quarter — a period marked by its fraught efforts to take over Swiss fund house GAM.

Assets under management dropped 6.3% to £27.7bn over the three months ended 30 September 2023, according to an 18 October trading update.
