JP Jenkins secures regulatory approval for UK’s second Pisces trading venue

Unlisted shares platform JP Jenkins has won regulatory approval to set up a private stock market that will compete with the London Stock Exchange’s venue.

The Financial Conduct Authority has awarded JP Jenkins a licence to operate a Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System, according to an 18 November statement.
