The London Stock Exchange has held talks with a group of City executives set on reviving its AIM market, Financial News has learned.

Officials from the London Stock Exchange Group met with the would-be AIM buyers in recent weeks to discuss proposals for overhauling the junior stock market, according to people familiar with the matter.
