UK accountancy firm MHA has completed its acquisition of Baker Tilly’s south-east Europe unit, striking a €24m deal which was first announced in May.

It comes after MHA, which is an independent UK and Ireland arm of Baker Tilly, listed on London’s Aim market in April, raising £98m at a £271m valuation, below its £350m target. However, its share price has since increased 33%, trading at 136p per share as of 11 August.
