Monzo exec lands £12m pay as bank’s profit surges

One of Monzo’s top executives was handed £12m in the bank’s last financial year as it grew profits more than fourfold.
The London-based fintech awarded one of its directors £12m for the year ending 31 March 2025, according to its latest annual report.
