Nomura ties up with Park Square in latest private credit push

The Japanese bank said it will offer direct lending to mid-cap companies as it looks to grow wholesale revenue

Nomura has teamed up with private credit manager Park Square Capital in the latest example of a large investment bank making a push into the asset class.

The Japanese bank said that it has entered into a tie-up with Park Square that will see it commit $150m as an anchor investor in a mid-market fund.
