Norton Rose Fulbright’s Emea chair Farmida Bi has been appointed to the House of Lords as one of 25 new Labour peers named by prime minister Sir Keir Starmer.

Bi was awarded a CBE in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours for her services to law and to charity.
