Permira hires ex-Clifford Chance lawyer Peter Gibbs as general counsel
Former private practice lawyer will replace Ulrich Gasse when he retires
London-based buyout firm Permira has appointed Peter Gibbs, a former Clifford Chance private equity lawyer, as its global general counsel.
He will replace Permira's current general counsel Ulrich Gasse, after Gasse retires at the end of the year.
