RBC Capital Markets has hired a senior Citigroup dealmaker to lead its coverage of chemicals companies in Europe as it continues to bulk out in the region.

Sean Weissenberger is joining the Canadian lender as head of chemicals investment banking for Europe, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
