Robey Warshaw, the firm that advises on some of the UK's most transformative corporate mergers from a small office in Mayfair, is once more in line to benefit from its long-standing ties to the telecoms giant Vodafone.

The firm is one of three advisers to Vodafone on its latest multibillion-dollar transaction: the $21.7bn (€18.4bn) acquisition of certain European assets from Liberty Global, the world's largest cable company.
