Shareholders are pressing TP ICAP to sell off its post-trade data and analytics arm Parameta.

According to Sky News, the interdealer broker’s institutional investors are moving to begin pressuring the firm’s board to explore starting a formal sale process for the business. The sale could lead to a windfall of £1.5bn in capital returns.
