Standard Chartered is sticking with its hybrid working policy as many of its banking rivals call staff back to the office.

The UK lender, which was one of the first banks to introduce a formal hybrid working policy in November 2020, is “maintaining our current approach”, according to a memo sent to staff by chief executive Bill Winters seen by Financial News and confirmed by a bank spokesperson.
