Ron Hollidge, chief executive of the British Venture Capital Association, has hit back at the latest criticisms by the National Association of Pension Funds and senior pension industry figures at Eastbourne.

He corrected misrepresentations that a recent report on private equity by the London Business School was 'nothing more than a sales document'.
