TP ICAP has previously fired brokers who have then turned up at competitors despite gross misconduct appearing on their regulatory references.

The world’s largest interdealer broker has sounded the alarm about former colleagues to the Financial Conduct Authority, but “rolling bad apples” have been allowed to carry on working, it revealed in a response to a consultation on stopping harassment, bullying and discrimination in the City.
