UPDATE: The Swiss Exchange resumed trading for equities and investment funds at 2:30pm CEST, options and structured products at 2:45pm CEST, and bond trading at 3:00pm CEST after a technical error.

The Swiss Exchange was facing an ongoing outage that had seen trading halted for several hours.
