Trading Places: BofA banker bags Treasury role, Citi names UK private banking boss

A senior investment banker at Bank of America was appointed to a key role in the Treasury. Jim O’Neil, the Wall Street lender’s head of Emea corporate and investment banking, will leave to become the second permanent secretary to the Treasury in July. He is being replaced at Bank of America by Emea capital markets boss Jeff Tannenbaum.
