Trading titan Susquehanna hikes average pay to $850,000 at European unit

Filings for two of the US trading firm’s Irish units give a glimpse into Susquehanna’s growth

European divisions of US trading firm Susquehanna International Group grew revenue 39% and hiked average staff pay to more than $850,000 last year, underscoring the secretive company’s position as a powerful player in financial markets.

Compensation jumped 23% at Susquehanna Dublin Limited, the group’s Irish entity that employs staff at its European headquarters and has a UK branch.
