Treasury looks for new head of cyber security – and it’s paying just £57,000 a year

The Treasury is on the hunt for a head of cyber security but could face criticism over its offer to pay £57,000 a year for the job.

The role involves “leading monitoring, response and vulnerability management” for the government department, according to a posting on the civil service website.
