Triton Partners investigated allegations of inappropriate behaviour at the firm in 2020, Financial News’s sister title Private Equity News can reveal.

The private equity firm began an internal investigation in the first half of 2020 into the alleged behaviour of a senior figure towards a female employee that involved flirty texts, according to people familiar with the matter.
