UBS shakes up executive board, elevating Martin to COO

The Swiss bank has made a number of changes to both its executive board and board of directors

UBS has shaken up its group executive board and board of directors, making a series of changes including elevating its president of Emea to group chief operating officer.

The Swiss bank has named Beatriz Martin, a regular on Financial News’s 100 Most Influential Women list, group chief operating officer in addition to her role of president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, it said in a statement.
