Financial News is looking for talented young professionals from the LGBTQIA+ community working in financial, legal and professional services for its Pride of Finance Rising Stars list.
The inaugural list, sponsored by Deutsche Bank, will be launched in February to coincide with LGBT History Month. The Pride of Finance Rising Stars will be celebrated at a drinks reception on 25 February, 2026 at the News Building.

All nominees’ careers must be on an upward trajectory. They must work across FN’s core sectors of coverage: asset management, investment banking, hedge funds, crypto, fintech, wealth management, trading and market infrastructure, law, professional services and financial regulation.
We are looking for executives who are making their mark as top performers within their business or sector and have the potential to reach a position of greater influence. They must be under the age of 40 on 1 February 2026.
If you know someone under the age of 40 working in those sectors in Europe (including the UK and other non-EU countries in the region), then please complete this form and return it to fnlists@dowjones.com. The deadline is close of business on 10 January.
The list will be published in February.
